Commercial Advocacy
It is not unusual for Lawyers to be ‘advocates’, although this is usually within the ‘traditional legal framework’ – representing clients orally at court and in other legal negotiations.
At MLC we have recognised the value of utilising this same skill, together with our experience of analysis, problem solving, deployment and strategy planning, in a commercial context. Clients have found it helpful for us to represent them orally or in written form in a wide variety of circumstances including dealing with regulators, media, politicians, government, financiers and other businesses.
